Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

At Al Layl, we are committed to providing you with a simple and peaceful shopping experience. Here's everything you need to know to make a return, exchange, or refund, directly and without needing to contact us by email.

Return and Exchange Portal

You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return or exchange.

To simplify the process, we allow you to process your return yourself on the Mondial Relay website, using the address of our receiving relay point. Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Prepare a package with the items neatly folded, unworn, unwashed, unscented, and in their original packaging.

  2. Include a sheet inside the package with the following information:

  • First and last name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Phone number or email address

  1. Go to the Mondial Relay website to create your return label:
    www.mondialrelay.fr

  2. When creating your Mondial Relay label, provide the following information:

  • Recipient name: Al Layl

  • Email address: contact@al-layl.fr

  • Destination relay point name: SHOPISTOCK

  • Destination relay point address:
    21 Impasse FREDERIC FAYS 69100 Villeurbanne

  1. Drop off the package at the relay point you selected when creating your label.

Once the package is received and verified, we will process your exchange or refund request according to the conditions below.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible subject to stock availability.
Return shipping costs are at your expense if the exchange is due to a size or choice error. If the product has a defect, we will cover the return and re-shipping costs.

After receipt and verification, we will cover the shipping of the exchanged item to you, at no additional cost.
Only one exchange is possible per order.

Refunds

The refund procedure is the same as for an exchange.
Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in the case of a defective product.
If the return is for a defective product, the return shipping costs paid by the customer will be refunded at the same time as the final refund.

After receiving and verifying the package, we will process the refund within 5 to 7 business days.

The initial shipping costs paid during the order will be refunded if you return your entire order.
If you benefited from free shipping and return your entire order, a deduction of €5 will be applied to your refund to cover our initial shipping costs.
In case of a poorly folded product or if elements (bag, tag, etc.) are missing, €3 will be deducted from the refund.

Important Conditions

Items must imperatively be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, unscented

  • Properly folded and returned in their original packaging

  • Accompanied by all accessories (bag, tag, etc.)

Items returned poorly folded, crumpled, or incomplete will not be accepted or will be subject to a €3 deduction from the refund.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Packages refused or returned due to exceeding the retention period will be re-shipped after payment of shipping costs by the customer.
