We deliver throughout France, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada, Spain.

EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND

Do you want to return your product because it doesn't meet your expectations or because it's not your size? Don't worry, you have 14 days to return or exchange your order for an exchange or refund.

For exchanges, returns within Europe are free. Return costs will be automatically deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed within 14 days.

Return fees:

€4.90: France, Belgium & Spain

€17: Switzerland & Canada

Once you have received your order, you have 14 working days to return it. After this period, you can no longer return it.

All returns are processed by mail. Returned items must be sent in their original condition and packaging, including tags. They must not be worn, washed, or soiled.

Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, PayPal and Apple Pay. For payment by debit card, payment will be made in real time.

Once you have selected your items, you can modify your cart in the box at the top left of your screen.

To proceed to payment, click on the "pay" tab, then enter your personal information, including your email, shipping address, and phone number. An invoice will be sent to you by email with confirmation of your purchase.

You have 1 hour to modify or cancel your order by contacting us by email or via chat. Once your order has been confirmed, we will no longer be able to make any changes.

Once your order has been placed in our online store, we process it within 24 hours in our workshop.

Once your parcel has been handed over to a carrier, we will send you its tracking number via email or SMS, and you will just need to wait between 2 to 3 working days (in France) to enjoy your order.

To track your package, simply use the tracking number you received by email, or log in to the carrier's website to check its status.

If you have not received your package even though our carrier identifies it as delivered, please contact us by email at info@al-layl.fr or via chat. We are sincerely sorry for this inconvenience and we will resolve this small problem as soon as possible.

A quality control check is carried out by our workshop before each shipment. If, however, you receive damaged items, please contact us by email info@al-layl.fr or via chat.

PAYMENT

Accepted payment methods are: Paypal, Visa, Carte bleue, Mastercard and Apple Pay.

Your banking information is only used in connection with your purchase on al-layl.fr, thanks to a secure payment gateway that is compliant with the European PSD2 directive and strong customer authentication. No banking information about you will be stored. In addition, our website is 100% secure (HTTPS) and is hosted by Shopify.
